The role
As an Associate at O&O, you will be exposed to a wide range of consulting assignments in television, sport, radio, and digital media. You will work alongside our team of consultants to deliver impactful insights to our clients around the world.
Typical responsibilities will take the form of research and analysis across a wide range of projects. You will also be involved in the creation of project presentations and help with ongoing research of the industry for internal knowledge building.
Associates have the opportunity to develop their consulting skills, as well as their knowledge and understanding of the media and sports sectors.
Entry-level Associate positions at O&O are compensated in line with the London living wage and offer excellent opportunities for progression.
About you
We are looking for a team player with strong analytical and communication skills as well as good literacy of Microsoft Office applications. You should have a genuine interest and good knowledge of the media and sports industry. Candidates should:
be educated to undergraduate (bachelor) degree level or beyond, and must have graduated by September 2026 with a minimum 2:1
be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)
be happy working in a small, progressive team, contributing actively to discussion
be genuinely interested in the different aspects of media and sport and will be prepared to think about challenging concepts and thrive in an intellectually curious environment
Hours and location
Full time, typically 42.5 hours per week. Hybrid, four days per week from our office in Kensington with one day remote from within the UK.
