The role
You will be an integral part of a project team: developing outputs, managing Associate input, and working closely with our clients – while developing your knowledge and expertise. In particular, you will:
Work across our practice areas for clients operating at all stages of the value chain
Manage projects for our clients, taking the lead on day-to-day client liaison, and leading our report drafting
Contribute to the design of our analysis and develop hypotheses to help tackle our clients’ problems
Marshal the input of more junior members of the team, contributing to their development and training
Engage in discussions that help shape the future of our clients’ businesses
Contribute to the thought leadership shared between the company and those interested in the sector
Be part of a highly creative and cerebral learning and research environment
Help to identify business opportunities, by developing and maintaining client relationships
Experience, background and skills required
3+ years' experience in a consultancy business, with a proven track record for managing projects, while building strong working relationships with clients
Strong quantitative (including modelling) and qualitative skills
Experience working within the sector is preferred; as a minimum, a very strong interest in and understanding of the media sector including of what is driving change, and the opportunities and challenges it presents
At least a 2.1 in a relevant subject, from a respected university
Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
