Associate
As an associate at O&O you will be exposed to a wide range of consulting assignments in all of our sectors. Our jobs are typically short and intense.
You must be educated to degree level or beyond. Evidence of numeracy in your degree is important, as is familiarity with accounting and finance. You will be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Ideally, you will have worked in consulting or in industry and potentially have media / new media experience. You will be comfortable working in a small, dynamic team, being responsible for modules of work, producing both analysis and output, conducting thorough and thoughtful research. You will want to contribute actively to discussion and brainstorming.
You will learn a lot and you will flourish from being in a highly creative and cerebral environment. You will have a passion and curiosity for all aspects of the media and you will be prepared to think differently for our clients.

Senior Associate
As a senior associate at O&O you will be given a lot of responsibility and control of your own assignments. Other team members will work under your instruction and you will be asked to manage your contribution within given time and fee guidelines. You will be rewarded for helping to win assignments and selling follow-on work. You will be invited to contribute to the company’s development and strategic direction.
You will get a chance to meet the clients and wrestle with the really challenging issues they face. Not for the faint hearted, you will really need to know your stuff and be prepared to interrogate your assumptions. You will understand what drives the media industry and be both passionate and curious about what the future holds.
Ideally, you will have at least three years experience in a relevant strategy consulting, media industry or sector analyst role. You will be educated to degree level or beyond at a top-tier university. Evidence of numeracy in your degree is important, as is familiarity with accounting, finance and basic economic principles. You will be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
